Whole30 Burger and Fries

Who doesn’t love a good ole’ burger and french fries!! One of my faves; hearty, salty and tasty.

It’s an easy meal for my whole family. We have a Griller pan from Pampered Chef that we use on the regular to grill things in our kitchen, especially in the Winter months. My kids and husband all use a bun for their burger. Easy transition form Whole30 to kid friendly.

We use our local ground beef for this recipe. And honestly there is not much to it except Salt and Pepper. This is the biggest difference between store bought meat and buying our fresh, locally raised beef, the FLAVOR! You do not need lots of add-ins when cooking our meat. It’s just full of flavor, fresh off the farm. If you haven’t bought our local meat yet, I strongly encourage you to come to George’s and get some!

So on to cooking friends, Enjoy!

Whole30 Burger


  • 1-2 lbs George’s local ground beef

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Avocado

  • Chipotle Lime Mayo from Primal Kitchen


  1. Turn a griller pan on medium-high heat. Or use your regular out-door grill

  2. In a large bowl mix all beef with Salt and Pepper generously.

  3. Pat out into your preference for grilling size

  4. Grill all the way through

  5. Place beef patty atop a bed of lettuce

  6. Top with Chipotle Mayo and garnish with tomato and avocado

French Fries


  • 3 large baking potatoes or sweet potatoes (sometimes I use a mix of both)

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt&Pepper

  • Parchment Paper



  1. Peel all potatoes and slice long ways.

  2. Place in a bowl and mix generously with olive oil and S&P. Toss well.

  3. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Pour potatoes onto baking sheet and separate well so all fries are flat down.

  4. Place in a 400* oven

  5. Bake 30-40 minutes. Watch as ovens vary on length to cook the fries. My oven is 30 minutes for sweet potatoes and 40-45 minutes for baking potatoes.

  6. When finished, top with Paprika or Salt and let cool

  7. Serve along side your tasty burger and enjoy!
