Welcome to George’s Journal! I hope this site shares stories of good through Culture, Travel, Food and above all Family!

One of my favorite meals outside of Whole30 is pizza! Maybe add a cold beer and you’re set.

A local friend sent this recipe last week and vouched it was delicious and worth sharing with our Whole30 community. So you can actually thank Shelby Levy for this one, she’s a food champion!

Shelby found this recipe through a famous internet foodie Nom-Nom Paleo. I have created my own version to keep it Whole30 and simple, but please look up her stuff online, she’s a great resource.

This is for sure a creative toss up for folks wanting to have fun in the kitchen. You can add any of your favorite veggies or sub out the ones that aren’t your favorite. Just like any pizza, make it yours!

Enjoy your Friday friends, get into your pizza groove, Whole30 style!
